Wonders of Wildlife Voted Best Aquarium in the Nation by USA Today

The Wonders of Wildlife National Museum and Aquarium has been voted America’s Best Aquarium by USA Today readers.

The announcement was made in a members only ceremony that featured Congressman Billy Long and Springfield Mayor Ken McClure.

Dude Perfect, a sports entertainment group with a popular YouTube channel, helped make the announcement as a banner was revealed by divers in an aquarium behind them.

Tyler Toney is a member of Dude Perfect.

“We’ve been all over the place and we can honestly say there is no aquarium like the one here at Wonders of Wildlife in the Ozarks,” Toney said.

Bryan Nadeau, vice president of conservation attractions at the Johnny Morris foundation, said the new award will help make Springfield a destination.

“This really just elevates our standings across the nation as one of the must do attractions for guests that are on vacation and making the Midwest one of those destination spots,” Nadeau said.

Wonders of Wildlife was named the nation’s best new attraction in another public poll by USA Today in January.
