Windows at the Fox, a holiday window display, continues through January 20 at the History Museum on the Square.  The exhibit, Birthplace of Route 66:  Memories of the Mother Road, continues through March 10.  

Imagine, a tribute to John Lennon and the Beatles is tonight (12/22) at the Gillioz Theatre, 325 Park Central East in Springfield.  A silent auction starts at 6, and the concert will begin at 7.  Tickets are $14, and proceeds benefit Women in Need of the Ozarks.  

The Moxie Cinema’s On Stage series will feature the Royal Ballet’s Nutcracker today (12/22) at 2 and tomorrow (12/23) at noon.  Tickets are $20 for adults and $15 for members and students.  The Moxie is located at 305 S. Campbell in Springfield.  

The MSU men’s basketball team will host Loyola Chicago tonight (12/22) at 8 at JQH Arena. For ticket information (417) 836-7678 or missouristatetix.com.

School’s Out Christmas Gift and Decoration Making will be held today (12/22) from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center, 2400 S. Scenic in Springfield.  Make ornaments, table decorations, wall hangings and more.  The cost is $5 and includes materials.  For more information, (417) 891-1515.

A Holiday Train Garden Display is at the Springfield-Greene County Botanical Center, 2400 S. Scenic in Springfield, today and tomorrow (12/22-12/23) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday (12/24) from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Donations will be accepted.  

Branson’s Gift of Lights drive-through light display is open through January 1st the intersection of Shepherd of the Hills and Expressway Lane. The cost is $20 per car.    

Michele Skalicky has worked at KSMU since the station occupied the old white house at National and Grand. She enjoys working on both the announcing side and in news and has been the recipient of statewide and national awards for news reporting. She likes to tell stories that make a difference.
