  • The Springfield-Drury Civic Orchestra will present its 2nd concert of the season tonight (2/19) at 8 in Drury’s Stone Chapel. Admission is free.
  • The Edge Community Technology Center will offer the class “Downloading Made Easy” this morning (2/19) at 10. To register, 837-5011.
  • The Library Station will show the film “The Proposal,” rated PG-13, tonight (2/19) at 6:30. Adults are invited.

  • The award-winning documentary “One + One: A Human Network,” produced by six electronic arts students who travelled to Kenya, will be shown tonight (2/19) at 7 in the Plaster Student Union Theatre.
  • The 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off to benefit the West Plains Library Foundation will be held tomorrow (2/20) from noon to 4 in the West Plains Civic Center.
  • The Nathan Boone Homestead State Historic Site near Ash Grove will present the program “Slavery and Freedom on the Boone Farm” tomorrow (2/20) at 1 featuring guided tours of the historic site. Admission is free. For details, 417-751-3266.
