Listen in  MP3 format Former "Price is Right" host and Drury University alumnus Bob Barker will be in Springfield Monday to present Drury with one million dollars. KSMU's Jana Greer has more. The donation will be used to establish the Bob Barker Endowment Fund for the Study of Animal Rights. The first course "Animal Ethics" will teach students about issues that directly affect the lives of animals and will be offered in the spring of 2010. Barker has made similar donations to several law schools, including Harvard and Stanford, to help fund the study of animal rights, but this is the first time he has funded an undergraduate program.
