From September 2008, John Darkhorse fills the "vintage" segment with Robert Johnson, Elmore James, Little Milton, Koko Taylor, John Mayall and others. "Road Trip" includes live tracks by Stevie Ray Vaughan, Albert Collins, Lonnie Mack and Roy Buchanan. Hour two features Don Shipps, the Cate Brothers, Malted Milk, Alberta Hunter, Tripwire, Guitar Shorty, and Taj Mahal.

As KSMU was off the air due to a big lightning strike last Saturday 6/19/10, we're repeating that show this week for those who 1) don't live in West Plains, where it aired as intended, or 2) heard it on our Webstream!
In a show originally broadcast June 28, 2008, John Darkhorse explores Delta blues in the "vintage" segment with cuts by Robert Johnson, Charlie Patton and others; celebrates MSU alum John Goodman's birthday with a track from the "Blues Brothers 2000" soundtrack; and fills the second hour with cheating songs from Little Milton, Tripwire, Bobby "Blue" Bland, Guitar Shorty, and Lil' Ed.
